    DON DIABLO KILLS THE RADIO

Kaseo - Kill the radio (Don Diablo Remix)

Australia seems to be a hotbed for electro acts right now with acts such as Cut Copy, The Presets and Midnight Juggernauts crossing over and taking off. Sydney based underground outfit Kaseo (http://www.myspace.com/kaseoweb) is the latest act to hit the scene and with their recently released mega bomb ‘Kill the Radio’, they should be making waves soon. Don Diablo (http://www.myspace.com/dondiablo) delivers a hot remix for the band’s first single, which is guaranteed to kill the radio and which you can download here!
Most recently, popular Australian online magazine InTheMix.com.au reviewed the single and had this to say on the Don Diablo remix: “The first track features the Don Diablo remix, which begins its life with a loud, messy combination of distortions, hats, smashes and downright grunge, which we all know usually has a promising result. After this conundrum of sound has compiled itself together into a build up it slams back down, only this time with a tight rhythm generated by the mildly distorted bass that really funks up the track. Upon hearing this tune, you can’t help but picture suspenders, sunnies, roller skates and Polaroid cameras with such a strong retro vibe.”
‘Kaseo – Kill the radio’ is out now through Beatport and other online portals!
