Dexter Bryant Jr. (DbryJ) is an independent music businessman with over 15 years of experience as a musician. At age 6 his folks bought him a drum set to encourage his musical inclinations and since then he hasn’t looked back. Over the years he has accumulated expertise in music production and publishing, and as a music publisher he specializes in digital media promotions and highly targeted song plugging.
Dexter is founder and CEO of DbryJ Music, a music publishing and multimedia music production company that offers songwriting, production, and marketing services to labels, artists, and media production companies. DbryJ’s unique production style is best characterized as urban-electronic-dance-pop with hip hop, retro soul/funk, and indie rock influences.
Musically DbryJ is inspired by Motown, legendary classical composers, indies, intelligent hip hop, and many variations of electronic dance music (EDM).
