Its actually the 80s hit by Rockwell “Somebody’s Watching Me” however the hook is prominently sung by Michael Jackson (and highlighted on this remix).
This was originally released on white label bootleg vinyl in 2003, it was a limited pressing of 500 copies that sold out a while ago. Here is that boot as MP3 as tribute.
